From a street in Aizawl. The rusty steel bars are coming from an apparently completed building. It seems the norm to leave vertical and horizontal steel supports sticking out of the concrete beams - I presume to facilitate further additions to the building at a later date. I particularly noted a tendency to just keep building up, and up... The problem is, that in this already overcrowded city, the additional services, like transport and roads, just can't keep pace with the increase in vertical population.
